add official tv graphics sector times ( coloured split times ) to f1 25

@iiKIDOi The thing is that the F1 games had this until F1 2021. In a race session your delta splits were shown in top right. Going thru every sector either green or yellow adn then showing how much you are off to your person best. IMO with F1 22 coming out this was the stupidiest thing theyve ever done to the HUD.
