Challenge Max Verstappen and unlock his race helmet
Dare to Challenge the Champion? Exclusive Max Verstappen Events in EA SPORTS™ F1® 24!
Hey all, there is only one week to go until Early Access starts! If you don’t know how to get it, simply pre-order the Champions Edition and you can jump in the game from May 28th.
Not only do you get up to three days early access but you get to take part in the exclusive Max Verstappen Challenge Career events that are ONLY available during these three days of early access, designed with the help of the reigning world champion himself, You will take on 6 challenges over the three days to earn his 2024 season helmet to use on your own personal driver avatar in Driver Career mode, My Team, and F1® World.

Let’s dive into what Max is challenging you with.
MAY 28TH
Day one will take you to a pair of iconic tracks from the early rounds in the 2024 season. Japan’s iconic figure-of-eight Suzuka circuit and the idyllic Imola circuit in northern Italy. Suzuka is one of the toughest driving challenges in F1®, boasting a free-flowing layout with high-speed direction changes that reward the smoothest drivers. Whereas Imola is a true strategist’s circuit - a track where overtaking can be tough, and tactical thinking can make all the difference.
MAY 29TH
Day two takes you first to Belgium, the country of Max’s birth, and to the ultimate driver’s circuit, Spa-Francorchamps. This legendary venue is special to every F1® fan and in F1® 24 we’ve overhauled the in-game track too. It’s now more accurate to real life than ever before. Iconic corners like La Source, Eau Rouge, the Bus Stop, and more have all been updated to create our best-ever version of this circuit.
Once you’ve mastered the updated Spa circuit, your next challenge takes you 300 km across the border into Max’s home country of the Netherlands and to the beachside Circuit Zandvoort. A tight, technical track that only the best drivers have mastered since it first hosted the Dutch Grand Prix way back in 1950.
MAY 30TH
The final episode of Max’s Challenge Career starts at Circuit of The Americas in Austin, Texas, the home of the United States Grand Prix.
COTA is one of the most unusual tracks in F1®, starting with a massive steep climb into the first corner, followed by an ultra-high-speed esses section, and challenging technical corners in the latter part of the lap. Many of which have more than one potential ideal racing line.
If that wasn’t challenging enough, the final race visits Interlagos in Brazil. Home to some of the most passionate fans in F1®, this unforgiving track is another that mixes high-risk, high-speed corners with slower technical sections where the driver’s commitment can make all the difference to the lap time. It’s no wonder that it’s a favourite of Max’s.
