Decrease the penalty to Driver Stat for Mechanical failure in Career mode

@HillyHype I agree, and disagree.
I agree with the fact the XP Lost for something out of your control, is a bit steep. However, it would definitely affect your focus/trust in the team, due to the fact you can't trust the car.. I wonder if expanding the system a little more next year to add in that "Trust" as another value on the TEAM side of things would help?
