Hello, I have had a problem with my EA Playtest account for a year now. I do not receive any email so I cannot know what my code is or any additional information about the beta. Exactly the same thing happened to me last year and by contacting people at EA I was able to get my code. I reviewed my entire profile and everything is 100% correct. I would appreciate any help and if anyone else is experiencing the same thing, I have tried contacting EA but have not received a response so far. Thank you.

I think I have the exact same problem!I stopped receiving emails regarding ea playtesting (test possibilities/advertisment/game beta keys) in September 2023 but I didn't notice this until today when I didn't receive my beta key for F1 24.It's also worth saying that two weeks ago I didn't even receive a email advertising the existence of the playtest and so I had to register for the beta searching for it through the website, this makes me believe that I might have been picked for the beta but that for whatever reason my account is broken and so I can't receive any ea play test emails.

Yesterday I also sent them an email and reported the issue via the playtesting website but they haven't responded yet.

I didn't even receive an email when I registered for the beta, not a single confirmation (last year I didn't receive a single message either and I was among those chosen). I consider it impossible for someone to send me my code this year, they have not responded to my email nor have they tried to contact me, so thank you EA for the "help".

@x666xAli3nxX I would suggest reporting a problem with your account to see if there is anything that can resolve this. You can do that by logging into your playtesting account and clicking report a problem at the bottom.Also the emails may be in your spam/junk folder if you haven’t checked

@x666xAli3nxX I would suggest reporting a problem with your account to see if there is anything that can resolve this. You can do that by logging into your playtesting account and clicking report a problem at the bottom.

Also the emails may be in your spam/junk folder if you haven’t checked

Thank you, I have reported from the portal, let's see if I receive any response.
I have also checked the spam and email basket and there is nothing related to EA.

@ETE_Andrea SAME, I DIDNT RECEIVE ANY EMAIL RELEVANT TO THE PLAYTEST REGISTRATION, HAD TO SIGN UP FOR IT AFTER I SAW AN ALERT ON F1 23 ABOUT THE PLAYTEST ☹️

You don't get them. You update your playtest preferences, then you get selected based on that (and playtest sample size).
The email would only come if you were accepted / selected and the playtest process begins.

Hello everyone, 24 hours later I still have not received any response from EA, neither in the email nor in this forum or on the Playtest portal. Last year for the F1 23 beta they told me via email that I had had an error in my email and that is why I did not receive the messages from EA (all the data is correct), finally after not being able to solve the problem they passed me the code by private message. I hope to have an answer soon since the beta starts tomorrow.
