F1® 24 - Patch 1.7 Discussion Thread

Hi, many of us is trying to play with Franco Colapinto in F2. Is there any update regarding adding him to the grid in F2? Thanks

Players begging for more helmets and liveries for 2 months now, and you give us MORE Puma shoes!!! 

YOU JUST CANT MAKE THIS UP! It’s laughable how little awareness you have for what your players want! 

it’s a racing game!!! We want RACE WEAR! Why is the store empty? Why was there only ONE helmet at launch? Why only ONE livery for My Team? A mode designed to create your own team and identity! 🙄

This is the game's last chance. And the lack of any mention of the AI's mario kart speed boost doesn't fill me with confidence. 

• We always come back to the same problems... Where is the personalization?! Where are the helmets, the liveries, the sponsors, the tinted visors... How many years has this been asked and reported to the developers until recently...
• We're only talking about content here, if you can't do that in a very short time with all the complaints about it, well that's serious. I have pain in my F1 💀

Medium tc still doesnt feel right, nothing like its ever been before

Thanks, hopefully after patch 1.7 it's possible to break out when you at the front of the drs train, drs is too overpowered

What about overtakes while doing a pit stop? Does this also result in point removal?

And more important: when will these stats (experience, pace, awareness) matter at all? Up until now it's just nice numbers without any impact on the career and the gameplay.

@EA_VendceraIf DRS and Slipstream are just reduced in the patch then that was just wasted time, it shouldnt change much with how wrong the AI behaves - unless the AI itself was fixed and wont magically drive a different car once in the slipstream..

All that was effectively done in that regard now was to make the game even less realistic.. Maybe one should have just taken the * and retrained the AI with proper dirty air so that the game gets more realistic instead of more arcady, it will still not fix online qualifying where you just seek the slipstream..

Of course there might be more detail to it but just as written it wont fix it.

@roberto9663as i said above, its not the right solution to nerf DRS and slipstream, thats just the wrong way to approach it when the downsides like engine and tyre temperatures and downforce loss in dirty air are ridiculously too little in the game while DRS and slipstream where the most realistic they ever were

Absolutely useless update. Alpha industries who cares about this absolutely utterly meaningless nonsense!

We need helmets and more race wear.
