F1 World - Tech-Level too low

Good morning ladies and Gentlemen,

currently I have a Tech-Level from 450. All races I can make have Tech-Level 650. I am not able to be in the Top-10. Am I a * player in that game or is there any reason why the Tech-Level from the NPC-Cars are that high compared to mine? I researched parts to increate my Tech-Level but the problem remains the same.

Any ideas to reduce the Tech-Level of opponents?

@leo7044 In the settings for each race you can reduce the tech modifier which will reduce the tech level

@Cpayne32 Where is this at as the one I see is set to 0 by default...can go up (worthless) but not down (needed)

Exact that is my problem. I can make it even worser for me :D
