MyTeam Teammate aint worth anything

so i'm, in Season 2 with my MyTeam Team

Car performance is the highest over all

My Team Mate is Nico Hulkenberg, competetive F1 driver and good ratings over all

i also helped him with the activties and Personal stuff

but meanwhile i fight for the win every race he is like Q 19 and R17 every race

No idea how to get him better

    @Tobi90Ger P1 and Maxed out are not the same...I'm talking ALL you updates done friend.

    Unless your AI settings are way off?

     Car is on P1 on Performance bar followed by Red Bull, Merc and the others

    I assume your simulator is a level 3, so then no idea what the problem is.
