Usable stuff for Fan points

Question

Using Fan points for car parts is a weird game mechanic in my oppinion. Why not let is unlock Helmets of the f1 drivers(various designs) to use as player, unlock special liveries we can choose to be used in other teams in offline races (bolder than bold Williams, senna mclaren, monza Ferrari), more Real liveries for Player car.

There are so many possibilities to use Fan points in meaningful way. Gaining Fan points and unlocking a Lando Helmet with it makes more sense to me then build a front wing for a car which drives very unrealisticaly when heavily updated.

FanZone is a decent idea, very poorly executed.

Why not award the winning Driver/Teams a special livery or that Driver's helmet to unlock?

There was so much frustration and confusion over this mode when it launched with players having absolutely no idea how to unlock the achievements because of poor explanation.

Also, a MASSIVE oversight from the devs:

My in-game "inbox" is choc-full of messages, around 6 pages, full of unclaimed "fanzone points" and each one needs to be opened and claimed manually, or my inbox remains full and lets genuine messages get lost. This is really time consuming... It took me about 15 minutes to clear the messages and claim the points whilst I was staring at the "communicating with EA servers text endlessly.

Why do I have to do that? Why is it not just added to my total automatically?

I load up the game, I don't want to spend 15 minutes cleaning up my inbox claiming points that I have no use for! What do I do with them?
