2 Player Career Frozen after contract renewal

Summarize your bug I have an issue in coop carrer two player, it's when we are finishing the 2nd season, just right after the negotiations, so i signed the contract, and right after i click to advance, it works for me i returned to driver menu, but my friend is stuck right after the "please wait"

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? just after the 2nd season on coop carrer mode, just try to negociates a contract on a PC, when Xbox will wait on his side.
What happens when the bug occurs? Xbox is stuck in the Driver menu and can't do anything.
What do you expect to see? the same menu of the PC, the driver menu with the calendar.

Getting the same problem just at the end of season 2

Summarize your bug In Two Player Career, me and my friend can't advance past contract negotiations after Season 3. We both renegotiated with the teams we are on (Red Bull & McLaren), but after my friend signs, we both get stuck. The music stops playing and I'm not able to move, quit to menu, or do anything. I really hope this can be fixed, we don't want to have to start another career just for the same thing to happen. (I am the host of the career, Friend is on PC Steam)

16 Race Season

Summarize your bug I play the two-player career with my friend, we are in the 2nd season in the 22/24 race. The 22nd race was Las Vegas, I lost the connection briefly during the race, then I rejoined the game and was able to finish the race, everything worked and ran normally. But after the Race and the loading screen we didn't get to the normal Career menu, instead we ended up back at workplace where you start training, Q and race. Everything is checked off there and we are stuck here, I can't say move on to the next session, my friend can do that but then it means waiting for players, nothing works for me. We have restarted it several times, console and game and changed settings but nothing helps.
