2 players career multiple bugs

Hey devs, I'd like to summarize some of the issues that are currently going on in 2 players career and have very low or no feedback.

1. Dry Weather Only - the only settings you can do is forecast accuracy, yet, in every race there is Dry weather. We have tested this for full season and it's always the same. There used to be like 1% of chance all the time and now the percentage is not even shown and it's always dry.

2. No Safety Car - Even with the increased settings for Safety Car, the SC only happens if the player makes mistake, by standing on the track or something similar. If AI has a little collision, there is no Safety Car in the whole season. We have encountered max 2 VSC and couple of red flags but not too many for increased option too.

3. Drivers no longer make mistakes - this is for a discussion however there are almost no errors from AI anymore. Before they used to lock their wheels under braking or went off track while fighting for a position, now this barely happens and the whole race is almost robotic.

4. AI speed - I'm not going to complain about straight speed as it's affected by a lot of factors like acceleration, ERS, DRS, slipstream, car, setup.. But sometimes the AI drivers have very weird speed. For example when cornering they go superslow and then suddenly go superfast on the straights. It also affects the Delta time during VSC where you have to push for the straight and then go extra slow in the corners. Also in some races they go very slow for too long going on a grid (like in Qatar) + then they just ignore you and you get ghosted because they overtake you during aiming for a starting position. It feels like it should be balanced a little.

5. Mechanical faults happening maybe too often? - Maybe it's just RNG but when mechanical faults are on and the frequency is set to low, I have experienced 7 DNFs throughout the whole season and my friend got 4. It still feels little more than the AIs are getting, which is like 1-2 per season each car.

6. No alternative strategies - I get no alternative strategy proposals from GP when I have my wing damaged for example. In F1 23 this worked well.

7. Wrong grid - In the sprint race, if the second player changes component after Sprint before Qualifying to race, he sometimes gets Grid penalty, even to P20. I guess its linked with the component change somehow, but it only happened to my friend, not to me as a host.
