2631071469:s erorr failling to connect to server on xbox

I literally tried everything is possible I enabled DMZ restart the Xbox and the router I changed the account I tried different times trying to Connect to EA server My connection is acceptable Internet I can play any game except F1 24 I had even tried F1 23 And it's the same it always gives me the same error I'm asking EA support to solve me this problem
