Strangely, this hasn't been my experience after 1.7. Out of 4 Career races, I saw AI making mistakes in three of them, and got a SC in one due to AI colliding with one another.

@GrumpsMcDumps Seems quite realistic to me.. Different to what F1 manager does where (your) rookies destroy the car so often you can barely do anything but make new Chassis and that without them even pushing😂 Drivers dont make many mistakes IRL and if they do you get a replay of it. The drivers themselfes see way less mistakes probably similar to what you saw, many lockups or such wont get recognized by drivers unless the rewatch every lap from every driver afterwards..
