Always showing "communicating with online service"

After entering the game, it always shows "communicating with online service" without any error. I've reinstall the game and reset my internet settings, but it didn't work. I'm sure my network is work...

This * happens to me and some friends too. I need to enter a solo game and stay there for about 5~10 minutes to then be able to enter a lobby, time trial or accept an invite.

  Some potential solutions
  1. Open Steam as an administrator, when it gets to the "communicating" part it should ask you to manually login to your EA account
  2. Delete your DNS cache
  3. Update your network adapter
  4. Change DNS servers
  5. Disable IPv6
