Backing out of quick practice ruins career save

Summarize your bug Accidentally backed out of a quick practice and burned the save. Repeated the issue on a new career.

Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In single player career, select to go to quick practice, then hit the back button as the camera is flying into the laptop.
What happens when the bug occurs? After backing out, cannot join another practice session. Reloading the save jumps you into the session in the car. Driving in that sessions has no HUD or display on the steering wheel. Ending the sessions leads to an endless black loading screen. No way to progress or go back in the save file.
What do you expect to see? Remove the ability to back out of a session as it's starting I guess
