Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Boot up the Grand Prix mode, select Monaco circuit and watch the intro to see that the fact is overwritten by the a driver's name.
What happens when the bug occurs? The fact disappears.
What do you expect to see? The fact. This is nothing major, but when creating content with the facts in it, it sucks.
