Going to paste two posts I did - this one showing you the problem I had - which sounds exactly yours - and the second was how I resolved...
@Meza994 @2c1d87b2ccb12978 I have been having this problem across a variety of tracks in career and in time trial. It looks like it started under version 1.6. I have included a png file of part of a spreadsheet generated from Iko Rein's telemetry software. This is data from the last long straight at Miami. It shows the car at 100% throttle in 7th gear and suddenly the brakes come on slightly - while I am still at 100% throttle. The brake percentage increases to 5% as I shift up to 8th, and the brake percentage falls back under 5%. My speed is at 287kph where it stays despite still being at 100% throttle. I cross the DRS line and engage it - and now the speed slowly begins increase again. As I approach 292 kph the brake percentage jumps to 5% and the DRS disengages. The brake percentage now continues to increase reaching into the teens. Note the far right column says I am still in the DRS zone. The revs start to fall eventually get under 7800 while in 8th (not on the part of the spreadsheet in the png). The other track where I match up with you in having the same experience is China - in the last long straight - but I have also experienced this in the last straight that crosses the finish line.
Is what I described above similar to what you have been experiencing?
One other note - currently have been having difficulty with Spa - and have a couple of lap spreadsheets showing the same thing.

@chongi33 I have a G29 wheel as well...
Second Post:
Per previous posts - the problem I was having with random braking was NOT software related - but hardware - specifically the pedals on my Logitech G29 wheel. Specifically there is a piece of hardware on the G29 called a potentiometer. There is one on each of the pedals (accelerator, brake, and clutch). Apparently when they get dirty you can get sudden application of the brake, the accelerator - and in fact it is random.
There is a process to clean them that requires taking apart the pedal base to access the three potentiometers. I followed the directions (from a YouTube video) and this seems to have been the culprit for me.
I have done quite a lot of laps across several tracks and using Iko Rein’s telemetry software I have not seen a recurrence of the brakes randomly coming on as I did before.

I have the same wheel and had the same problem, but after cleaning the accelerator potenciometer, the throttle was ok again. However, even at full throttle the speed start to decrease on straits from 7 to 8 gear. I checked the accelerator power in the Logitech Control Panel and it is at 100%. It´s really frustrating.

Just want to add that this problem started with F1-24. I´ve been using this wheel since F1-19 without problems.
