@jake37180 I had the same issue. You need to finish all 5 laps with the second compound, even i fyou get purple or green before those 5 laps, if you go to garage before completing the 5 laps, the game doesn't validate the target.

I finished all 5 laps for both tyre types and goal was still not validated.
I tried to complete them in two separate sessions, then reloaded the game and tried also in same session, still not completed.
