Connection Issues caused by Mail box attachments

You probably have unclaimed items/ rewards in your mailbox somewhere. The game keeps communicating with the server because it wants to validate those items, once you claim them it should stop doing that.

Yes but one page of mailbox items shouldn't make the game behave this way. Not just on my game but my friends also. I've cleared my mailbox now but how is this even an issue present in a AAA game
