Still having this issue sadly :/
Play fullscreen, turn off all your Nvidia tweaks. Play native res on High Preset.
Post the updated dxdiag and check your refresh rate, in the original it says 360Hz....

Native res on my display is 1440p @ 360hz, I did try it again on all different presets when I reinstalled windows before making any changes in nvidia again. sadly never worked for me

Then turn the Windows refresh rate down. Both monitors claim 60Hz (or thereabouts) as native.
Alienware and Acer, it's in the dxdiag
That's where you'll find the desktop setting.

Tried putting them both at 60hz, also tried setting ingame hz and fps cap to 60 aswell - the stuttering still persists.
It's a very strange issue because F1 24 is the only game that does this, even other EA titles with EA's Anti Cheat do not stutter at all and run flawlessly.
