Copyright claims on Youtube even with "theme" settings that should prevent this?

I just got copyright claims on my videos from F1 24 even though i have the "theme" music settings that should prevent this and have only non copyrighted music in the game. Yet i am getting copyright ...

@Molda-CZ I've had this same problem as well! I had to filter out the F1 theme music from 79 of my videos, so thanks to TuneCore I now have 79 butchered F1 videos in just a couple of weeks time. I can tell you I'm beyond pissed.

@BeatdownRacing now i am properly scared. i have hundreds of F1 videos, its basically the most important thing on my channel for years, if the copyright claims start to pop up like you are saying i am afraid. Looks like from now on i will always turn off all music completley from every game even though it will ruin the experience.

  Agree... on every league race live streaming I have copyright claims by TuneCore as usual. I even tried to contest them, but they rejected my request.

    Need an option for streaming to disable the stupid theme completely and replace with the standardized stream friendly background as it’s clearly not resolved and will surface again in F1 25.
