CSX2 Wheel software, UGT, won’t recognize F1 24’

Have F1 24’ and using Next Level Racing hub.  My motion platforms run fine, but my CSX2 wheel software manager, UGT, won’t recognize my F1 24’ game.  Any support would be appreciated, I’m not computer savvy!   Thanks Tim
