Disconnection and Lag

Whenever I race online in F124 I am constantly teleporting or lagging around the track. Me being a constant league racer this is very frustrating for me. I have tried the following

1 Restarting my PlayStation 

2 Reinstalling the game

3 Redownload the game

And not 1 even showed a glimpse of getting better
