This is interesting. I suffered exactly the same symptoms _except_ I'm using VR... (which is also 2-image rendering)

What I'd recommend doing is turning down the render resolution.

@EA_Groguet tagging for visibility -- graphics issues unresolved by the anti-cheat update. Eerie similarity of symptoms between split screen user and VR user.
