EA Play not working with Xbox Gamepass

I have Gamepass Premium which should include F1 24 but the EA App won't let me download without paying. My accounts are linked and I've tried restarting both the Xbox App and EA App. I am on PC. ...

I don't think that is right. When I try to download through Xbox app - I am prompted to download the EA App. I uninstalled the EA app to show the message I get. I have reinstalled the EA app now and the same issue exists.

Yes, it will install the EA App, but it should be running in the background as the Xbox App will be your main interface for launching the game. If you are trying to open up a separate instance of the EA App it's not going to show up there.
