Error Message in Career Mode

Hi guys, 

I am getting an error message (KBGJ-DVKM-XRHH-GAKJ) on F1 24 on PS4 platform. I recently purchased this game from the PS store. Could someone help with this.

    That error message is actually your unique bug report code if you have any issues with the game.
