Community ManagerI have tried all the troubleshooting suggestions here but my wheel kerps getting disconnected.
ea states that the thurstmaster t300 rs gt with Ferrari F1 SF1000 on pc should work but i tried everything i can but the game does not recognise the t300 gt base with the ferrari f1 sf 1000 wheel only the keyboard if anyone got a fix/work around then i will repurchase the game after getting my refund back. its the same old thing with ea they always quick to release a game without really testing everything they done it with all the battlefeild series
They can say whatever they want. Not even my Thrustmaster TX with Sf-1000 works. Simply either Thrustmaster bases don't work or it is the wheel.

this is supposed to be a thread for troubleshooting. Please don't derail the thread.
I understand that you are frustrated that specific wheels aren't supported, but it's simply not always that easy to work with every manufacturer and make every wheel, pedals, controller or VR headset compatible with the game.
From our side, we can only help with devices that are officially supported, as called out in our article here.
If you want to request that a certain device should be supported, I would recommend opening a new thread in our Game Suggestion board and move all discussions about it over there. Thanks.

@EA_Vendcera considering it was working on F1 23, yes, it is. My clubsport DD was plug and play on F1 23. The fact it doesn't work for F1 24 and you guys didn't put this list out BEFORE offering it up to pre purchase is absolutely absurd.
And then the audacity to come on here and say "don't derail the thread" when you have numerous players who can't play your game. That's actually a joke. Do better.
