this is supposed to be a thread for troubleshooting. Please don't derail the thread.
I understand that you are frustrated that specific wheels aren't supported, but it's simply not always that easy to work with every manufacturer and make every wheel, pedals, controller or VR headset compatible with the game.
From our side, we can only help with devices that are officially supported, as called out in our article here.
If you want to request that a certain device should be supported, I would recommend opening a new thread in our Game Suggestion board and move all discussions about it over there. Thanks.

@EA_Vendcera considering it was working on F1 23, yes, it is. My clubsport DD was plug and play on F1 23. The fact it doesn't work for F1 24 and you guys didn't put this list out BEFORE offering it up to pre purchase is absolutely absurd.
And then the audacity to come on here and say "don't derail the thread" when you have numerous players who can't play your game. That's actually a joke. Do better.
On Xbox X MOZA r3 is simply not working although it is on the compatible list, any solution?

This is a link to him literally playing this game with a DD+. What in the world is going on? A Clubsport DD is the same wheel with less force as a Clubsport DD+.
I really need some answers, and it's actually a bug that somebody with virtually the same setup as me can play this game, yet I can't. I'm getting beyond frustrated.
So I have a Simucube 2 Pro as listed on your supported list.
Attached to the DD base is a Cube Controls F-Core Wheel Rim.
In both F1 22 AND F1 24, None of the buttons or paddles work OR can be mapped in the F1 games.
The Wheel can be connected to the PC via USB or Bluetooth as the wheel has both capabilities.
When connected in either USB or Bluetooth modes, nothing can be seen in the F1 Games.
Windows Game Controller sees the wheel and buttons and paddles just fine.
All other games installed on PC work without any issues with the wheel in both Bluetooth and USB modes.

assetto corsa - OK
assetto corsa competizione - OK
Automobilista 2 - OK
Something is up with EA F1 series with this Wheel Rim.

Yep 100% agree this game goes down in history as the worst F1 game ever, constant nonsense updates full of bugs and glitches that never get fixed.
Well done EA i have cancelled my EA subscription and uninstalled all EA games i will never again buy another one of your nonsense games.
I mean the fact i still have no force feed back at the start of every league race is just beyond me this bug has been there for ever yet still nothing gets done, not to mention the ERS bug and the poor handling lets just pander to controller players and leave out all the wheel players nice thanks for the support EA.
Whilst no one else is saying i will no Esports league race this season says it all really that the game is in no fit state to even be considered for the event.
