this is supposed to be a thread for troubleshooting. Please don't derail the thread.
I understand that you are frustrated that specific wheels aren't supported, but it's simply not always that easy to work with every manufacturer and make every wheel, pedals, controller or VR headset compatible with the game.
From our side, we can only help with devices that are officially supported, as called out in our article here.
If you want to request that a certain device should be supported, I would recommend opening a new thread in our Game Suggestion board and move all discussions about it over there. Thanks.

Can you please explain to my why you guys sent this content creator a wheel that allegedly "isn't supported" according to the list?

This is a link to him literally playing this game with a DD+. What in the world is going on? A Clubsport DD is the same wheel with less force as a Clubsport DD+.
I really need some answers, and it's actually a bug that somebody with virtually the same setup as me can play this game, yet I can't. I'm getting beyond frustrated.
