It sounds like that save file may be corrupted. If so, you can’t access it
What causes the save file to be corrupt?
I believe my xbox x saves to its hard drive and the cloud? If so would a older cloud save work?
The save can be corrupted due to sudden power outages, system crashes while saving, hardware malfunctions, software bugs, malware infections, unstable internet connections when syncing cloud saves, or even issues with the storage device where the save file is located
An older cloud save may work but you would lose any progress made after that
