F1 2024 CRASH AFTER SOME SECOND

did you find any Solution to all of this? I'm in contact with the customer care support, but anything with all of the solutions that they've given to me

I'm experiencing exactly the same issue, but with EA SPORTS WRC.

The game worked perfectly before, then suddenly it started crashing after 30–60 seconds with no error message.

I've tried everything as well (repair, reinstalling the EA App, reinstalling EA Anti-Cheat, clean NVIDIA drivers, SFC/DISM, clean boot, etc.) with no success.

In Windows Event Viewer I consistently get:

• Faulting application: EADesktop.exe
• Faulting application: EAGEP.exe
• Faulting module: ntdll.dll
• Exception code: 0xc0000005 (Access Violation)
• EA App version: 13.743.0.6256

There are now multiple reports from WRC, F1 24, Battlefield and other EA games showing very similar symptoms, so it really looks like something is wrong with the EA App ecosystem on PC rather than with a specific game.

Hopefully, since it's the weekend, EA will investigate this on Monday and release a fix or patch soon.

That’s what I’m thinking but it crashes even in offline mode, very confused. I’ve tried everything.

So yeah when like two days ago it started crashing i checked the event viewer and the reliability history, the 3 programs that showed an error were EAdesktop.exe, EAlauncher.exe and EAlaunchhelper.exe, and when i exit from my account on Windows it shows this error "page" because of EAlocalhostsvc.exe, and when i return in my account on the event viewer it shows this error too, that before was not there, so yeah my "diagnosis" is that there's a problem with the EA services.

I’m having the same error in my event viewer, suddenly unable to play it. Eadesktop.exe. Just crashes after I get to the menu… very sad

I've tried everything, from reinstalling the entire game, or the eaantivrus, changing wifi, playing it offline or reinstalling ea app. I'm also playing it through EA APP, but nothing, after 20 seconds from starting it, it crashes with the phrase "Communications with server in loading (I think that's the translation from italian "Comunicazione con i servizi in corso"). I've also learnt that maybe the game can't reload the various email on the mail of the game.. idk.. But all of this is so frustrating, f125 and 23 works perfectly on EA APP
