    GUYS! ITS BEEN FIXED AFTER THE LATEST UPDATE! 
    ENTER UR CAREER SAVE FILE, CLICK ON BEGIN AND NEGATIONS AND IT SHOULD SKIP THE CUTSCENE AND ALLOW YOU TO PROCEED!

I have got past this bug! I've had this same problem in my two player career and was stuck for ages, I'm not the host and I had the issue that I was meeting with my own team. The way we fixed it was - I loaded into the glitched meeting and my friend left the game and it would save. Then I left and we reloaded and we had skipped past the meeting. I hope this helps some people

    I'm not sure if there's a save option in single player but if you're able to save while.youre in the meeting you will be able to get past

      @ZacRL I can confirm in single players its not possible to save while in a meeting. Glad its passable in two player tho
