Yep, have the same feeling. I think there is something wrong with TC off as it is far to easy on the throttle, hardly any wheel spin.
Before the first patch medium traction control felt as it should. It was doable on a controller but with the right amount of challenge and concentration. I did all my set ups and time trials on each track on medium traction.
After the patch I tested it and I couldn't get round any corner without spinning like a madman. They absolutely broke it.
