F1 24 Constantly crashing

Summarize your bug F1 24 has been randomly crashing since release in may, always when sitting in the pits or entering/leaving pits its been pretty unbearable and the last update made it 10x worse every race I can't even get through quali without the game completely crashing every time I go to the pits to change tires, no error codes nothing. Been through troubleshooting with EA agents like 4 times now nothing worked wasted probably 6 hours of my time and like I said its only getting worse Never had any issues with f1 23 or any other games

Which area is the bug/glitch in? Multiplayer
Did you have cross-play enabled? Yes
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? i dont know Happens on multiplayer and single player but that isn't an option
What happens when the bug occurs? game completely crashes and have to restart no error code or message
What do you expect to see? the game i paid 100$ for fixed? Its been 2 months of this, and a full refund for wasting hours of my time

Game just constantly crashes nothing more to say, PC is way above minimum specs should be able to run on max graphics and i run on minimum and it still crashes, no issues in races or actual game play its just a random glitch in the game it seems that hasn't been addressed and makes it virtually un play able.

Also since last update my co op career is glitched out with friend and are forced to restart. Can't even enter the career to the main menu and both our games crash and close.

Tried to attach hardware settings folder says as requested in bug report how to, it is unsupported
