@kralkozmik what HDMI cable are you using? It could be causing a bottleneck as F1 24 has several graphical improvements over 22 that require more bandwidth. If you cannot change HDMI cables, you could also try turning down/ off some of the graphical settings like ray tracing and shadows that require a lot of bandwidth.
