F1 24 Does not start due to EA anticheat

When I try to start the game f1 24 an f1 24 window appears but it doesn't enter the game and it redirects me to the EA Desktop and it seems to be an EA anticheat error but I don't know how to fix it

Hi, I've tried these steps and some others I've found in different videos, but nothing works anymore. I don't know what to do. I've attached an image of the error in question in case any EA admin sees this and can help. Thanks!!
This would be the error in question. If anyone has suffered from this same error and managed to solve it, please contact me.
