F1 24 EA play not launching, game not released

Hey there,

For all of you who are having issues with the EA Play Pro edition, can you answer the questions below?

Which error message are you encountering?
Can you launch the game at all?
When does the crash happen?
Can you attach a picture of the issue you are having?
Have you used any workaround?
Have you purchased F1® 24 apart from having the subscription?
Is your issue related to the trial or the early-access?
Can you share your EA app Error Logs with us?

@EA_Groguet Error message is “game not released”

Can’t launch the game at all

Happens as soon as I click “play now” on the 5h trial

Tried re-installing the game, restarting steam etc.

Already purchased, preloaded/installed the game on Steam as well as having the subscription.

Related to the trial.
