I suggest verifying your files, and seeing if there was a missing or corrupted file.
After verifying, try loading again, and hope for the best.
If that fails;
1. uninstall.
2. update your PC Drivers (Graphics Card for sure)
3. re-install, and repeat if necessary.
If that doesn't work, I'd honestly try to get a refund for a defective, and unplayable product..
Provide screenshots of the errors, along with some suggestions trying to figure out the problem, with no solution to the issue.
Hopefully, they will provide the refund with the provided evidence.
BUT. I really hope you can get it fixed, and get back out on track As Soon As Possible!! : )
