@EA_GroguetNo problem.. Now that you have all this info we need a quick resolution or a temporary solution to the problem. I am very frustrated because I want to play the game but its pointless without ERS.
To top that off, EASport closed my case as NO FIX... this is a bug and needs to be addressed ASAP. I need to someone to contact me directly about my cases.
I am not sure why EA support team is not very well organized. NO one contacted me about this ticket even when i asked for escalation. If I didn't use the forums here this issue would have NO traction.. This is not fair to the EA community.
I am requesting to speak with the escalation manager since yall won't let me open any more support tickets.
