I think it’s clear what I mean.
Using a VPN interferes with all your internet traffic. EA don’t support the use of VPNs because of this.
If being in Egypt with an Egyptian ISP using their DNS works….great.
If it doesn’t, try an alternate DNS. Again, if it then works….also great.
If you pay for or install a VPN that changes your machine config so that you appear to be somewhere other than Egypt….EA will not help if the game does not work.
If that is the only way that works….great, but you’re on your own.
Obviously can’t test as I’m not in Egypt….I use my ISPs DNS and have no trouble connecting to Multiplayer with Crossplay enabled or not.

He's telling you to change DNS which is step 1 troubleshooting.
But a VPN will interfere with that.
