F1 24 Preparing download stuck - EA App

same here, i tried to report it to ea error report but the report apps is on error as well, and i can't find the exact solution on it, ea is just the worst man

 I advise you to take a look at the link provided by EA_Barry earlier in the thread and follow the steps within. If this doesn't help I advise you make a new thread so we can look into this for you.
