F1 24 settings can’t change them

Summarize your bug In my two person career mode, I came on one day after not playing for a few days, and I noticed that my settings were changed such as race distance and rules and flags for example were locked and I couldn’t change those settings such as safety car formation laps and red flags were all turned off and the race distance and weekend structure was locked too. It was stuck on five laps only and I couldn’t change it so I was wondering if there was a fix for this problem. I have also deleted and just re-downloaded the game and I came on and those settings that I listed before are all still stuck with a red bar around them that I can’t change them, and I am the host of two player career.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no idea maybe playing career mode
What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t change the rules to back how I liked them and the game sadly becomes less enjoyable
What do you expect to see? I except to be able to change every setting in my game
