F1 World AI Cars Pit Every Lap

So can EA actually do something to fix this? I've spent money on a product which doesn't work as it's intended to, so I feel like they have three options:

• fix the problem with a patch
• provide us with F125 to compensate due to its lack of fitness for purpose
• provide us with a refund for how much we paid a third party retailer for the game
