@aed2e080832347e7 Codes are really NOT irrelevant. Could provide insight, particularly one in the session and the one who can’t.

I would suggest turning Crossplay off, join a random session, then turning it back on, quitting the game then reattempting your lobby.

Hello Steve! Thank you for your reply. I said it’s irrelevant because, as far as i know, he does not get any report code when the issue happens. Only the message saying he is unable to connect to the game session. (I’m not sure, i haven’t asked him again if anything else appears)
I’ll ask him if there is any code + to try your fix. I’ll get back to you later.
