Since this patch was installed, each time I run F124 a couruption appear in 3 files after shuting down the game. If a I do an integrity test of the files before the next start up i received a message of 3 corrupted files , Steam automaticaly reload the files . Testing the integrity again result is now OK. Restart the game and shutiing down the 3 corrupted files reapears. A friend of mine do have the same issue....

Your machine is not running AC correctly. Post a dxdiag including make and model of mainboard.
As Steve alluded to the issue is probably with the anti-cheat. For whatever reason the Steam automated validation/ repair doesn't seem to correct the files, however reinstalling the AC manually often seems to work. The link below will tell you how to do so.
If reinstalling doesn’t fix it, update UEFI and mainboard drivers.
