F124 Brake Calibrate issue

F124...brakes calibrate in settings but do not respond in game.  I have tried clearing cache and verifying integrity of the install and no luck.  Every time I load a new session it asks to re calibrate.  Test button function only validates accelerator and steering input after calibration, no brake pedal.  Any suggestions?
