- SpoilerUpdating it on ghub makes no difference! EA need to fix this problem, so many people with the g923 wheel playing on Xbox series X are having massive problems! Absolute joke that we pay for a game we can't play.
Think I'm finally gonna bite the bullet and get a Moza R3 bundle and sell my G923. I love the wheel and the mods I've made to it, but product support has been less than zero and there are just too many problems with it.
This is what EA suggested through beta testing too! I have downloaded the drivers (the way the guy from Logitech was suggesting) but the issue remains. The issue however for me is that you have to turn off the wheel when you start a driving mode and turn it on again, then the FFB works
My Logitech g pro wheel has the latest firmware and is having the same issue
True Force seems to be working but FFB is almost no existent. Feels really weak if at all which makes it almost impossible to steer.
I’m on ps5 and also just like last year ffb really weak or hardly at all on new f1 2024. Hope I don’t have to wait 3months again for patch. I’m on Logitech g pro wheel. Last game I buy from ea. happened last year too and I had to wait three months after a release of game. No refund no we’re sorry no nothing from ea. typical
- @FuryElephant99 I’m on ps5 on a g pro wheel. Same thing here. True force seems fine. Ffb almost non existent. Makes so hard to street car now. Ea will o have to wait three months for u to fix f1 2024 like I had to wait last year for you guys to fix f1 2023. Same issue again. Come on for real.

I found a way to get the ffb work consistently.
1) play thr game
2) enter the pause menu
3) unplug and plug thr wheel back in
4) unpause
Then it worksIt doesn’t work properly for me still then
I tried to turn the FFB off then on and its working now. Idk if yall tried this already but it worked for me at least.
Nope...
What a joke😂😂 how is it possible that every year the same game breaking bugs are in the game on release😂😂 I hope Codemasters/EA will lose millions on this game, maybe than they learn

Then it worksAlso, you can try to turn it on an off like the accepted solution suggests. The team is aware of this issue and it is investigating it.

Same issue last year.
No force feedback/very low almost like off. The issue is about TrueForce AGAIN.
Last year they were forced to disable TrueForce in order for Force Feedback to work properly.
G923 updated. Xbox Series X|S.- @EA_Groguet I’ve updated to latest software and still not working. This is a joke, same problems as last year… i want a refund for early access as the game is unplayable
Another year of f1 and another year of terrible testing once again. G923 steering wheel with intermittent true force kicking in but no physical force feedback with up to date settings before you blame it on that…
- @ryanoliver21 It’s unbelievable that the same gamebreaking bugs are present every year. I hope people learnt from ‘23 and didn’t buy the champions edition and payed €30 to play 3 day’s early wich is impossible with the bugs. It’s the same every year, learn from it

Summarize your bug Force Feedback Stops at Low Speeds: The force feedback on the G29 stops working when driving slowly in F1 2024, but then kicks back in at higher speeds, sometimes causing the wheel to * or lock in one direction. If i try my G29 in F1 2023 it works fine, so its not my G29.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By connecting a G29 wheel that is properly connected to the computer via the GHub app, go into Time Trial mode. When you brake hard, for example, at the first corner in Monza, as you enter the corner (naturally at a slow speed), the force feedback turns off. When you accelerate out of the corner, the force feedback kicks in abruptly and the wheel may * completely to the left or right and stay there.
What happens when the bug occurs? You have to tab out of the game so that the steering wheel can move freely again, but in the end the game is unplayable with the G29. Game braking bug
What do you expect to see? That I can steer normally and that force feedback doesn't go crazy

Summarize your bug ⚽ I have absolutely ZERO FFB on track. I have more wheel resistance in the menus. 🏈 If I press the throttle 40% (the game is showing throttle input to 40%), my car will literally MAYBE get to 2kph, and I can NEVER get to full speed. 🏀 The turning is impossible. I can barely make T1 on bahrain, and I have to turn my wheel like 360 degrees to do so, I have played with all sorts of steering angles and NOTHING works. How is this happening on a Fanatec setup, I have literally never had this issue before. Especially on hardware your esports drivers use.

What happens when the bug occurs? No FFB, terrible throttle input, and terrible turning input.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see it fixed...Idk how to answer this question, it is weird.
I just don't understand how in the world Fanatec, the freaking primary esports hardware, isn't working day 1 on this game, when it works fine when I open F1 23 and iRacing.

Can somebody please respond to this issue I am having. It's unreal the lack of responses I am getting on here. Why do I pay for EA Play Pro just not have the ability to play the games?
i am having the same issue, and all my firmware is updated and G Hub is updated. tried changing settings in game radically and it still does not trigger FFB
I have updated my firmware to the most recent version, and have tried restarting both my game and the Xbox Series X console to try and fix this issue. None of these solutions have worked. It was working Day 1 but after loading in today I suddenly had Trueforce working for 5 minutes then all FFB left the wheel. The wheel still works on F1 23 which means it’s an issue solely with the F1 24 game.
It’s also ps5. And I tried my f1 2023 and it’s fine. So yes it’s ea again. I remember last year was same thing with the ffb on ps5. Took them 3months to fix. Lol. Wasting our money on there games. I’m also g pro wheel. Can’t really give opinion on the game since I can’t get proper feel yet on my wheel. But from what pro are saying game is like an arcade game now. Probably using there physics from need for speed lol

i'm using the fanatec csl dd (5nm) and i have absolutely no force feedback. i've gone through all kinds of help that supposedly fixes the problem but nothing. my firmware is always up to date as is my windows. it works fine in all games but nothing works in f1 24. even a repair or a reinstallation didn't change anything. i even turned off all programmes to test if something was blocking but no improvement there either. i was hoping that fanatec would not have such problems with a new f1 game but i guess i was wrong. i hope that a patch will come as soon as possible. because what i see so far is only the following:
🆕 Unusual collisions during some multiplayer races
🆕 Invisible bump at Turn 13 (Spain)
🆕 Replay audio doesn't always match on-screen visuals
🆕 My Team unable to proceed after ~1.5 Seasons
🆕 Thrustmaster TX wheel not being recognised (PC)
🆕 📸 F1 ‘Theme Song’ is being copyright-claimed on YouTube
Two-player Career mode becoming unresponsive in menus - Link to Temporary Workaround
Logitech G923 FFB not working correctly unless turning off and on (Xbox Series)

@EA_Groguet why has their been no substantive responses to anybody with Fanatec products? Why was there not a Day 1 patch knowing that people's wheel bases are not working in this game? Seems like a genuine lack of care from EA/Codemasters.
