Game crashes on friends list (PS5)

I race in a crossplay league and I've been unable to access my friends list in the player hub since F1 23. I was hoping it was a game-specific issue, but it's carried over to F1 24 too. Crossplay is enabled and I have no issues with other EA titles. The only way I can join the lobby is from an invite from another PlayStation player, inviting me directly from PSN and not in-game. I can't record the footage from the console directly due to the crash cancelling the recording.
