Game is stuck in Coop career/workstation. All sessions marked as finished?!

Summarize your bug After Race in Co-Op Career Mode, Stuck in Workstation ,,Go to next session" not working for both, so not beeing able to continue, E-Mails doubling and stacking up. Before the actual Race we had issues like, for some reason race length got changed, SC out, no formation lap and so on

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I guess just play Co-Op Career mode, and (for our point) it happened in Jeddah, after Quali I restarted my game, and when I joined back in, my friend and I wanted to start race and after the race we couldn't continue to play. So maybe play Co-Op and after Quali when you're in the workstation, restart game and the other friend stays in the workstation lobby. Rejoin and see what happens? maybe even settings change and maybe after race
What happens when the bug occurs? Settings change for whatever reason and especially after the race when you're in the workstation, you see the Race Week, and the Go to next Session, and one can press it, the other can't and you cant continue playing/moving forward. Also the messages for the weekend like weather report and track guide thing, is doubling and repeating everytime you join again.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see this Glitch beeing fixed so me and my brother can continue playing our Co-Op Career without starting all over again
