A few players reported the same issue in another post aswell.
It seems it occurs on every console and PC.

Original issue:
Career mode for 2 players is stuck in session after it did go back to the menu in the start of the race.
Now we can't proceed because every session is green. See screenshots. And the hoster (Session owner can't proceed to the next session)!
Note: I am on PC and the session owner on Xbox.

This glitch is still not fixed finished qualifying loaded back in a few hours later and same problem
