General Software Incompatiblity
it seems that a software conflicts with F1 24 and it doesn't let the game to start, i have no overclocking 3rd party software and i installed EA Anticheat systems

Community ManagerAs SteveJackson says, temporarily disable any anti-virus or other security software.
You can also perform a clean boot to prevent additional software loading on bootup:
